Nothing on this platform, including but not limited to data, charts, scans, signals, simulations, or written content, constitutes or should be interpreted as:

• Financial or investment advice
• A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or derivative instrument
• Trade execution guidance or portfolio management
• A guarantee of future market performance or returns

As a user of Market Makers, you are solely and entirely responsible for:

• Ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

You acknowledge that financial markets are inherently unpredictable and that no analytical tool, however sophisticated, can eliminate investment risk.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any linked authentication methods. All activities conducted under your account are your sole responsibility.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach, you must notify us immediately at support@marketmakers.cloud. Market Makers shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Certain features of Market Makers are available through paid subscription plans. All subscription fees are charged in advance and are strictly non-refundable once access to the platform has been granted.

Subscription fees constitute payment for access to platform tools and features only. They do not represent payment for trading outcomes, profits, or any form of financial guarantee. Market Makers reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable prior notice.

All content on the Market Makers platform — including but not limited to algorithms, analytical models, dashboard designs, data visualizations, UI/UX elements, written content, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Market Makers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent from Market Makers.

Market Makers endeavors to provide accurate, timely, and reliable data. However, we do not warrant that:

• The platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions
• Data displayed will be real-time, error-free, or complete at all times
• Analytical tools will perform with consistent accuracy during periods of extreme market volatility

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party data delays, and technical outages may affect platform availability. We are not liable for any losses arising from such interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Market Makers, its founders, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial or trading losses of any nature
• Loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data
• Inaccuracies, delays, or errors in market data
• Platform downtime, outages, or service interruptions
• Unauthorized access to your account

Your use of the platform and all associated risk is entirely your own.

Market Makers reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its users

You may request termination of your account at any time by contacting us at help@marketmakers.cloud. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
